Preparing for France (AIS edition)

Logan & Krystin are heading off to France
(in about a 10 days).

It is part of their school's
'Global education' influence.

I think it is pretty awesome, actually,
and would LOVE to tag along,
but alas..  not this time!  Shucks!!!

So. I was given their
 'what to bring list'...

Ok.  Keep in mind this is the 
AMERICAN International School...

Here is the list.
I had to share, as we had to google a couple items!
Namely: 
A Woolen Jumper?
A Fleece Jacket?
Uhmn, we are from CA, what language are they speaking???

TRIP TO PARIS

SUGGESTED LIST OF THINGS TO BRING

  1. Full sleeve shirt/sweat shirt
  2. Warm clothing
  3. Warm Fleece jacket
  4. Woolen jumper
  5. Parka with hood, basically a good rain proof and wind proof jacket
  6. Umbrella
  7. Comfortable trousers for walking
  8. Swimwear
  9. Warm socks
  10. Sports socks
  11. T-shirt
  12. Shorts
  13. Under garments – as required
  14. Comfortable shoes
  15. Toiletries
  16. Personal first aid kit – band aids etc
  17. Personal stash of food (granola bars etc)
  18. Camera equipment – film/batteries
  19. Adapter (Europe)- to charge your camera and your mobile
  20. Notebook, pens and reading material
  21. Spending money
