Foreign Fruit: China Rose Peach
Sounds Delicious right?
The girls weren't quite sure about this entire Peach thing.
They were pretty sure these little beauties were really tomatoes.
I was like, "Hey, they say peach, has to be true."
Despite the fact it was not fuzzy!
Honey was intrigued!
The inside of the 'Peach' looked more like a cross between a tomato and maybe a nectarine.
It was a deep yellow with no seeds or pit!
Krystin tried it.
She was still convinced it was a tomato, but agreed it was sweet!
Kayla tried it, but doesn't like tomatoes so was a little afraid.
She didn't dislike it, but didn't want another taste, ha!
I tried it too.
It had a very different texture.
It really did taste like a combo between a nectarine and maybe a little tomato.
But it was pretty good and sweet!

That looks like a "Persimmon". Lon & I tasted them while we were in Brazil. I agree with Kayla. I tried it and that was enough. :-)
