By the time the children were all home it was nearing on 5pm...
My runners still needed to shower,
and dinner options were upon us...
so...
Todd and I plotted!
We needed a Monday - Morale Booster!
The children quickly showered,
and we hustled them into the car...
Right as the sun was beginning to set...
My favorite time of day, brilliant!!
We took them to one of our favorite 'eats' during the summer.
We haven't had the opportunity to partake as of late...
So, it was a special treat!
Pedro's Tacos!
Delicious burritos...
We all ordered breakfast burritos, yummy!
Well, actually Krystin got a bean and cheese burrito,
but she gets that for breakfast so it still counts, right?
Then, we took food with and headed down to the coast.
It was starting to get pretty dark

But the night was beautiful,
and my camera's high sensitivity setting helped to capture it.
It was fun to have the beach to ourselves, laugh, listen to the ocean waves crash, and just take a short break from life...
Then, the root beer floats when we got home, just made it that much sweeter!
