Wedding Anniversary!

Did I mention that we have just a little too much going on in May and June?  Well, man-o-man, we really do.   So, Saturday was our Wedding anniversary!  Todd knows I love to go on an 'adventure', so he planned a day where we could go hiking (sort of hiking, not sure if it really counts) at the LA Arboretum, and get Dinner at a place that has the same food that we were able to get in Hong Kong!  Sooo cool!  Oh, and we have had the hardest time finding the desserts that they had in Hong Kong out here, but Todd found a place deep in LA.  The neighborhood was a little on the scary side.  No signs in English or even Spanish - just Asian symbols (good sign for authentic).   Well, the place HAD the desserts and, even if it had a "B", it was awesome.  For those that don't know, California requires all restaurants to display a letter grade given to them buy the Public Health Dept (I believe), and I haven't ever seen anything less than an "A" before...  Hmn, maybe once, but didn't go in! Either way, it was so much fun!   (:  Thanks Todd for a fun day!

One of my favorite pics from the day!
Todd & Peacock Posing!
Awesome!
Seriously, Peacock Day - So fun!
I had never seen baby Peacocks before!
It was video worthy!

 Brilliant Boy, showing off
Yes, he even had a cute bootie...
They had a Bonsai Tree Exhibit - really amazing!

and the 'big' trees were cool too!

 cute little turtles

 Waterfalls

Ok, this is the top of a well.
Ok, the well is kind of in the middle of this desert-like garden.
It looks very, uhm, green...
Then, I noticed there was a sign on top of it -
Don't feed fish bread.
I was like - fish, no way?
Sure enough, there were, which is just ODD!
I set my jacket on the edge of the well, to take this picture.
Yah, my pull-string kind of went in the well, euwww...

Something you don't see everyday.
A baby bunny sunning with a lizard!

Dinner.

The weather was awesome, clouds, but not too cold or hot!

We journeyed home and then watched a movie with the kids.
(:
Here is to a million more Anniversaries!
I love You, Todd!
