Dog's Life: The Comfy Spot

So....  Our Little Honey is 11 years old.  

Honey likes a VERY comfortable spot to rest her little 11 year old bones.

She can't jump on to the sofa anymore, so she will bark to be put on the sofa (she still expects to sit on the sofa), and will bark to get down.  It is actually really cute and funny.

Well, on the sofa we have a pillow for her.

You know to make her extra comfy....

She really LOVES her pillow.

Lily is kind of like, "Hey, what about me?"....

(To be honest we are ALL Lily's pillows. 

Don't believe the face. She is NOT neglected.)

So...  I notice one day. Honey is as comfy as can be on her pillow.

Lily is sitting on the sofa near her. 

Honey is very happy alone. 

Lily, not so much. 

I look back a minute later, and Lily had just taken the edge of the pillow.

Honey was not pleased. 

A minute later....

Lily had the pillow to herself. 

Lily was very happy.

But really... Honey and Lily LOVE each other. 

So, when I looked over today (a couple of days later) and saw this: 

It just made me smile.

Awe, how cute. They decided to share.

Ember? 

Lately, she has been choosing my shoes. Doesn't matter which.

Normally, her momma's chest.

Lily does try and steal our pillows too!
