Merry Christmas from the Hasers!!
Logan set up the tree and Krystin decorated.
Complete with a Tardis on top!
Our little Nativity...
(Hong Kong sized)
Christmas Traditions we have discovered take a little improvising living in HK.
We were able to make our sugar cookies, though!
Yes.
Even if we had to do it on the dining room table.
While the girls were baking the cookies.
The boys were picking up Pizza, good pizza.
Ok, the ONLY decent pizza we have found!
After Dinner we decorated.
They were cute and Delicious!
Another activity we did was that Todd and I taught the kids how to make ribbon Leis.
The kids did a great job!
I made mini-M&M rice krispie treats to add to the fun! YAY!
Duffy liked his Lei too.
Christmas Eve Pajamies.
Care of TARGET, baby! Yes, the trip to Hawaii was totally worth it!
Christmas Morning.
There were stockings hidden inside the kids stockings!
We had a wonderful time exchanging thoughtful gifts...
The birds even LOVED opening and playing with theirs.
Actually, I think they loved opening them more.
Logan bought us all Duffy scarfs and ear muffs! How cute! Love it.
Krystin Modeling..
Kay gave me little lego ducks. Momma and babies.
For breakfast we had Daddy made Blueberry Pancakes and a Momma made egg casserole.
We brought home coconut syrup from Hawaii and it was a hit!
We went to the movies and saw, "Frozen" later.
Then for dinner had our traditional "Mexican" dinner.
Even though we have no Mexican in our gene pool, still our favorite.
I bought a package of Pumpkin-gingerbread cookie pie mix from the US.
The girls cooked it up and it was so amazing. I should have bought ALL the packages.
We enjoyed it while watching 'It's a Wonderful Life".... Such a great movie.
A couple days later, due to yucky air quality, we went to Disney!
We have been seriously missing our CA Disney lately.
Especially, our favorite eats.
So, Todd and I bought 5 sourdough bread bowls from down town.
We made Ca Disney Style Breakfast bowls....
They were amazing.
We enjoyed, over ate, and then went to the movies.
We saw "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty".
It was fun.
Then we headed to Disney to enjoy the fact that we NOW have Churros.
Took the edge off the homesick for sure!
During the holiday season, Hong Kong Disney's Main Street has SNOW!
It is more like soap than snow, but it looks like SNOW!
Magical!
To complete the night, we ended up on the MTR train home that was decked out with Paddington Bear.
Awesome!
Merry Christmas and lots of Love!
